Bonnaroo Contest

Bonnaroo VIP ticket giveaway.

  1. The contest is open to the general public. Employees of HeadCount Superfly Presents and AC Entertainment. and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
  2. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
  3. Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.
  4. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which HeadCount Inc. may deem appropriate.
  5. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledge that none of HeadCount Superfly Presents, A.C. Entertainment or the affiliates thereof shall be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
  6. To be eligible for the drawing, entrants must provide their names, e-mail addresses and zip-codes and make a “pledge to vote,” either electronically on www.HeadCount.org, or via a HeadCount “pledge to vote” sign-up sheet.
  7. The contest runs from May 15th, 2008 until Nov. 4th, 2008.
  8. A random drawing will be held, with a method to be chosen by and at the discretion of HeadCount Inc., between Nov. 4th and Nov. 10th 2008.
  9. Multiple entries are not accepted.
  10. This contest is subject to all federal, state and municipal laws.
  11. HeadCount Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
  12. The price for this contest is two free VIP tickets for Bonnaroo in 2009. Travel costs and any other costs associated with the fulfillment of the prize are the responsibility of the prize winner and not the responsibility of HeadCount Inc., Superfly Presents or A.C. Entertainment.
  13. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
  14. To be eligible for the prize, winner must be at least 18 years of age on June 4, 2008, and reside in a jurisdiction where this drawing is not prohibited by laws or statutes.
  15. By entering the contest, the entrant agrees to be bound by the above rules.
